What is the shipping fee?
We charge a flat shipping fee of US$5.90 for all orders below US$50.00 for all countries we currently ship.

How long does shipping take?
- Worldwide Standard Delivery: 3–11 business days for most countries after the order is processed and dispatched.
- FREE Worldwide Standard Delivery: 3–11 business days for most countries after the order is processed and dispatched for orders over US$50.

Worldwide Express Delivery via DHL/UPS/E-Express/FedEx/Aramex: 2-5 business days for most countries after the order is processed and dispatched, with an additional fee based on destination (calculated at checkout).
Please note that delivery times may vary and take up to 30 days for some remote locations, and during busy holiday seasons.
How quickly are orders processed?
All orders are dispatched within 1-3 business days (Monday - Friday) after payment confirmation.
Do you offer express shipping?
Yes. Express shipping is available at checkout through DHL for faster delivery.
Will I pay duties or taxes?
Since we ship from Hong Kong, VAT, taxes, or duties are NOT included in our prices. Depending on your country, you may be charged import fees. These are paid directly to the courier and are the customer's responsibility.

At checkout, you pay:

You pay only the product price at checkout.
IF ANY IMPORT DUTIES APPLY IN YOUR COUNTRY, your local customs authority charges them, and the courier collects them from you upon delivery.
WE DON'T COLLECT OR BENEFIT FROM THESE FEES.

How can I track my order?
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a tracking link to follow your package.
What if my package is delayed?
Delays may occur due to customs clearance, courier issues, or peak holiday seasons. If your order hasn’t arrived within the estimated timeframe, please contact us for assistance via email: connect@bucklecollective.com
Returns, Refunds & Exchanges
We want you to love what you order. 💛
Please take a moment to review your selection — because we're a small team, and we can only accept returns or exchanges if something is wrong on our end (like a faulty item or an incorrect shipment).
If that happens, don't worry — just reach out, and we'll fix it right away. Your happiness is truly our priority.
- 30‑Day Window: Items can be returned or exchanged within 30 days of delivery.
- Condition: Products must be in new, unused condition with original packaging and tags attached.
- Exclusions: Sale or discounted items are final and cannot be returned or exchanged.
Your Options
- Exchange – Swap for another size or color.
- Store Credit – Return for a Buckle Collective eGift Card.
- Refund – Return for a refund to your original payment method. If that method is unavailable, we’ll issue an eGift Card instead.
For exchanges to a different product, simply return your item for an eGift Card and use it to place a new order. We’ll process your new purchase as soon as your return is approved.
Shipping & Refunds
- Shipping charges are non‑refundable.
- You are responsible for the risk of loss during return shipment.
- Refunds may be reversed if items are not returned in new, unused condition with original packaging and tags after inspection
Return Location: Products can only be returned to our Hong Kong office: 4th Floor, 26 Russell Street, Causeway Bay, Hong Kong.
Kindly check your order upon delivery and reach out to us right away via email: connect@bucklecollective.com if you notice any defects, damage, or if the wrong item was sent. This allows us to review the issue and provide the right solution.
To help us resolve matters quickly, please attach clear photos or a short video highlighting the defect or irregularity in your initial email. This will enable us to assess the situation promptly and guide you toward the best resolution.

If you’ve purchased the wrong size, don’t worry — contact us via email: connect@bucklecollective.com, and we’ll work together to find the best solution, whether that’s an exchange, replacement, or tailored advice to ensure you get the perfect fit.
Order Cancellation
- Full Refunds: Orders can be canceled with a full refund before products are processed by the warehouse.
- After Processing: Once an order has been processed by our warehouses, it cannot be canceled.
Taxes & Duties
Will I have to pay taxes or duties on my order?
International orders may be subject to local import duties and taxes, depending on your country’s regulations. These charges are collected by your local customs office and are the responsibility of the customer. Our shop does not collect or cover these fees.
Rest assured, we’ll make sure your package is shipped securely and with all the necessary documentation to help smooth the process.
Do you charge sales tax in Hong Kong?
No. Hong Kong does not impose sales tax or VAT, so local orders are tax‑free.
Do all countries charge duties and taxes?
Not all. Charges depend on your country’s import laws and product category. Fashion accessories like belts, handbags, and wallets often fall under taxable categories in many regions.
