- Return Location: Products can only be returned to warehouses in Mainland China or our Hong Kong office.

Order Cancellation
- Full Refunds: Orders can be canceled with a full refund before products are processed by the warehouse.
- After Processing: Once an order has been processed by our warehouses, it cannot be canceled.
