  • Eligibility: Returns or exchanges are accepted within 30 days of receipt if the item arrives damaged, faulty, or incorrect in color, size, or style.
  • Return Location: Products can only be returned to warehouses in Mainland China or our Hong Kong office.

To help us resolve matters quickly, please attach clear photos or a short video highlighting the defect or irregularity in your initial email. This will enable us to assess the situation promptly and guide you toward the best resolution.

After‑Sale Sizing Support:
If you’ve purchased the wrong size, don’t worry — just contact us, and we’ll work together to find the best solution, whether that’s an exchange, replacement, or tailored advice to ensure you get the perfect fit.

 

Order Cancellation

  • Full Refunds: Orders can be canceled with a full refund before products are processed by the warehouse.
  • After Processing: Once an order has been processed by our warehouses, it cannot be canceled.
