RETURNS & EXCHANGES
Accepted within 30 days of receipt if the item arrives damaged, faulty, or incorrect in color, size, or style.

TAXES & DUTIES:
International orders may be subject to local import duties and taxes. You pay only the product price at checkout.
IF ANY IMPORT DUTIES APPLY IN YOUR COUNTRY, your local customs authority charges them, and the courier collects them from you upon delivery.

WARRANTY
We stand behind the quality of our products, which is why we provide a 1-year warranty starting from the delivery date, covering any defects or issues caused by the craftsmanship of the jewelry.
The warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, which occurs with all jewelry—including fine jewelry. Excluded issues include:
- Normal wear and tear (e.g., scratches, peeling, bending, discoloration from chemicals, makeup, pools, hot tubs, or bathing)
- Lost gems or parts
- Damage from rough use, such as pulling or tugging
REPLATING
If you find that the color of your jewelry is fading over time, we’ll be glad to re-plate it for you. Please note, however, that you will be responsible for the shipping costs.
REPAIRING
Whenever possible, we will repair your item and return it to you. Please note, however, that you will be responsible for the shipping costs. If the piece cannot be repaired and you are still within the 1-year warranty period, we will offer either a direct replacement or a store voucher.
